Assessment includes photo documentation dated for insurance purposes. We check both the siding and any exposed trim, since hail damage on trim is often more visible than on the panels themselves.
Panels loosened or partially lifted by wind get re-secured or replaced depending on damage extent. We check the direction panels lifted from, which usually points to which elevation took the brunt of the wind.
We can meet your adjuster on-site if that speeds up your claim. Photos are timestamped and organized by elevation, which speeds up adjuster review considerably.
We'll give you an honest read on repair-versus-replace based on what the storm actually did. Upgraded impact-rated material is offered as an option for Torrington, CT homeowners in higher hail-frequency areas.
Fallen branches and wind-blown debris cause cracks and holes that get patched or panel-replaced depending on size. We inspect the gutter and downspout near any debris strike, since falling branches often damage more than just the wall.
